Episode 19: No Rush


 

On January 24, 1848, James W. Marshall discovered gold at Sutter's Mill in Coloma, California. Once word of the discovery spread to the outside world in the coming months, thousands began the trek to California to make their fortunes and the "California Gold Rush" was on!!!


In this episode, we explore how the fate of California and US history would have been different if the "California Gold Rush" had not occurred.
